サイドバー改編

API1.1版twitterウィジェットの幅が最低180pxってことで、右サイドバーの幅を150pxから180pxに改造しました
いままで150pxでいけたのに、なんで最小幅なんて設けたんだろう？30px増やすってのは大変なんだよぅ
それにカラーバリエーションが「明るい」「暗い」しかないってのもふざけてるねぇ
TWTR.Widget版も３月で終わるとかいいながらまだ使えるし．．．なんだかなぁ

あと、TrackFeed、TrackWordのサービスが終了するらしいんで、削除しました
